What does my weekly payment cover?

Everything: your furnished private room, electricity, water, WiFi, laundry access, and furnishings. There is one bill, it comes weekly, and there are no separate utility accounts to set up.

What fees should I expect?

A $19 application fee (covers identity, income, and background screening), and a one-time move-in fee set per room — most are around $100, splittable over 4 or 8 weeks. There is no security deposit. Optional: $175 Premium Flexibility to skip the 12-week commitment.

What is a Dues Day?

Dues Day is the day of the week your payment runs — you pick it, so it can land right after payday. You can change it later, with a 30-day cooldown between changes.

What happens if I miss a payment?

A late payment adds a $25 fee and a failed charge adds $20. If your balance passes $300, your account enters a 48-hour probation window to settle up before termination starts. Turning on autopay is the easiest way to never think about it.

How long am I committing for?

Standard stays start with a 12-week commitment, then continue week to week for as long as you like. Leaving early inside the commitment costs 2 weeks of dues, or you can add Premium Flexibility ($175 once) at booking to skip the commitment entirely.

Can I switch rooms or homes?

Yes. Your first transfer is free, with up to $200 credited toward the new room's move-in fee. Transfers for safety reasons are prioritized and handled fast.

Can I see the room before I book?

Not in person — we never tour strangers through occupied homes, to protect current members' privacy. Every active home has a full 3D walkthrough instead, and the listing shows the room's lock type, bed size, bathroom setup, and floor before you book.

Do you check my credit score?

There is no minimum credit score. Income verification uses a soft pull only, so applying never affects your credit.

What should I bring on move-in day?

Your room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, storage, and window coverings. Bring your own bedding, towels, toiletries, and anything personal. Your door code activates at your scheduled arrival time — no key handoff needed.
