• Personal details: name, email, phone, date of birth, and mailing address.
• Verification data: government ID images and a selfie (identity), bank-linked income data, and background screening results including eviction history and a soft credit pull.
• Financial data: payment card details (held by our payment processor, not on our servers) and your transaction history.
• Usage data: device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, and messages sent through the platform messenger.

To process applications and bookings, run screening, collect weekly dues, prevent fraud, provide support, improve the product, send transactional messages, and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages are sent only with consent and every one has an unsubscribe.

• Payment processing partners, to charge the payment methods you save.
• Identity verification and background screening providers, to run checks.
• Credit reporting partners, to report on-time rent payments to credit bureaus — only if you opt in.
• Law enforcement, when legally required.

We do not sell your personal information. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics.

We keep your data while your account is active. After membership ends, personal data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days unless a legal hold requires longer retention.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data; we honor requests within the timeframes the law requires. You can opt out of marketing at any time. California residents can exercise CCPA rights, including “do not sell or share,” by contacting us.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and analytics; you can manage non-essential cookies in your browser. The platform is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
